"I was referred by a friend. When I called Mr. Parker looking for coverage I realized I needed on the last day of Medicare enrollment 2024, he or an associte may have hung up..... not bothering to hear anything I had to ask. (Recent Tragic events at UHC, my current carrier, along with its decidedly negative online reviews--contrastied by State Farm's excellent customer service reputation--have Begun to concern me.) He could have politely explained that he would not assist, but chose not to. Rude is unacceptable in any division of customer service, especially by the owner of a company. In response to their reply: I gave you my name and stated why I was calling. Then the call was disconnected. Was I interrupting your next million dollar deal? Perhaps you thought I was just "another insurance salesman" and concluded that your time was more important than that of the caller. More likely, you did not think the person at the other end would take the time to review you and your company. Shame on you for that."
"Joel, when you called Paul's personal cell phone on Saturday morning and refused to identify yourself or the reason from your call, the call was ended. Please be assured no member of our team would react that way had we known you were a customer, potential customer, or a neighbor of any sort. "

She heard my problems, Help me figure out my insurance claim any questions that I had, She answered it in the perfect manner I couldn't have asked for a better agent. Thank you so much girl if you're reading this, Bless you. for answering the phone. I honestly feel like talking with her made my experience with State Farm so much easier ! VERY few take the time to explain everything you need to know about insurance but she did!! No words or stars could explain how great she was !Thank you so much!!! I would recommend speaking with her she was excellent. I couldn't put in words how excellent she was. "Yes my mom worked there for many years, but even though she retired, I still trust this office to handle all of my insurance needs. You will not find more responsive, knowledgeable, and detailed staff to help with all of your needs. Thankful I do not have to worry about them trying to get me to buy things I do not need.
